2008 SHOW SCHEDULE SHOWTIME 8 PM April - November "Once Upon A Pirate" "Deja Vu All Over Again" November 27 - December 31X Holiday Celebration of Thanksgiving - New Year's Eve |
"Once Upon A Pirate ...and other acts of sillyness" Shows on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays It’s an original musical comedy adventure based upon painstaking research of true pirate life …. but not really. The story is one that is often told (but never quite like this) of a lass and lad and a pirate ship and ten thousand pounds of gold . . . lest we forget to mention, our pirate chest is filled to the brim with songs and laughs galore. AAARRRGGG.
“Déjà Vu - All Over Again” Shows on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays It’s a fun-filled evening of song and hilariously original, full of nonsense, songs and comedy routines including some truly inept magic by the infamous ‘Great Stupino & Trudy’. Plus, an old time sing-a-long filled with unrehearsed surprises.
"Yuletide Madness" Thanksgiving through New Year's Eve November 27 - 31 Ring in the holidays with an evening of yuletide madness, mayhem and merriment the likes you’ve never seen before. Gloriously filled with song, dance, and outrageous comedy, “Yuletide Madness” will tickle your fancy and jingle your bells. The unique style of shows presented in this 1890s style theatre are a combination of Old English music hall, American vaudeville, Monty Python, and Broadway musical comedy. Don MacPhersonDon was born when he was very young and has not aged a day since. When lucid, his creative mind spills its contents for all to enjoy and ponder. In his spare time, Don enjoys directing, acting in strange musical comedies and running the family business. His day job is top secret but, rumor has it, he is fashion coordinator for the military’s summer line of camouflage.
Discovered in a Saloon, Janice first appeared on our stage in 1979 in her favorite show “Tom Jones”. And, if calculations are correct, that would have made her 5 years old, which is far too young to be hanging around a Saloon, let alone Sweet Fanny Adams Theatre. Since then, Janice has sung and danced her way through just about every show here and at home.
Tim first sauntered upon our stage in 1987 and has shown up every year since and vows to continue to do so until he completes his escape tunnel under the stage. He is 6’-1” (without high heels) and his age is negotiable. Tim has played a staggeringly wide variety of roles, breads, and confections but, never, ever a sesame seed bun (he has limits).
Chris began his acting career at the tender age of six right here on our stage. He toured the country with Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus as Crunchy the Clown. Fortunately for all of us, he ran away from the Circus and came home. In his spare time, Chris enjoys working on his tan and debating world events with his imaginary friend, Bubba.
It is rumored, our Rachel was first spotted backstage under one of the dressing tables. Her mother, Janice, was pregnant during Act 1 and by Act 2 . . . well it’s only a rumor from unreliable sources. All grown, Rachel now brightens our stage and our hearts. In her spare time, she cares for her pet zebra named Spot and is determined to alphabetize her bag of M&Ms. |
